Q: What if I don’t know which clinician will be a good fit for me?
A: That’s fine! We are here to help you get started in the process. Just give us a call at our main number 817.291.9872 (ext. 4) to speak with one of our schedulers or click here to view a video on Where to Start.
Q: What is the training and specialization of clinicians at Restoration?
A: Our clinicians have a wide variety of education and specialization. The specifics for each clinician can be found on the Our Team tab of the website. Just click on the clinician’s photo to view a brief bio.
Q: When do I fill out an intake form?
A: Once you have scheduled your first appointment, you are ready to fill out your specific clinician’s intake form. The intake form must be completed prior to your first session.
Q: How do I enter the DBT Program?
A: Call our DBT Intake Specialist at 817.291.9872 (ext. 2) to schedule your DBT Intake appointment.
Q: What is the cost of an appointment at Restoration?
A: Fees at Restoration vary based on the clinician and service sought. Give us a call at 817.291.9872 and we will be happy to answer your questions about our fee schedule.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: All major credit cards, cash, and checks made out to Restoration, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards are accepted.
Q: How and when do I pay for my session?
A: You will be asked to enter payment information on your clinician’s intake form. If you wish to use the entered credit card information for payment, you are done! The charge will be assessed to your credit card the day after your appointment. If you would like to pay by cash or check, simply hand payment to your clinician at your session.
Q: How do I update my payment information?
A: You have some options! You can (1) login to your account at www.restorationcec.com and edit your payment information within your user profile in our secure system or (2) call our billing department at 817.291.9872 (ext.3) and give us your new information over the phone.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We do not work with third parties for billing. However, we can issue an insurance receipt with proper coding which you can file with your provider. This can be requested from your clinician.
Q: Do you send appointment reminders?
A: No, we do not send appointment reminders. Please check in with your clinician or their scheduler if you need information about appointments.
Q: What happens in cases of inclement weather?
A: In inclement weather, Restoration will remain open operating virtually. Your appointment will be available through virtual Telehealth means.
In this event, please reach out to set up the preferred virtual platform prior to your appointment.
If you are cancelling due to inclement weather, please give 24 hour notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
