Personal Experience & Biography

Dr. Brittany Hall graduated with her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Seattle Pacific University. She originally moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2013 and became a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas in 2016. She has received formal training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavior analysis system of psychotherapy (treatment designed for chronic depression symptoms). She enjoys supervising and training psychology students and has been involved in research for supervision and substance abuse.

At Restoration, Brittany provides therapy to adolescents and adults for a wide range of problems. She adheres to the Local Clinical Scientist model which involves flexibly applying empirically supported principles in diverse populations. Clinically, she strives to build a therapeutic relationship with her clients that is radically genuine in order to facilitate meaningful life change.
