Struggles in life are both universal and unique to each individual. Her goal is to allow her clients to feel heard, known and accepted where they are and accompany them along their life journey as they desire to make changes.

She provides counseling for couples and families as well as individual counseling for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and interpersonal struggles. She also offers DBT skills training for both adults and adolescents in order to help them acquire new skills to cope with life situations more effectively as well as offer hope through achieving more balance in life.
