Hannah received her Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She has experience working in private practice and ministry settings where she has been able to work with clients struggling with relational distress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and various personality disorders. She is trained in doing Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples in distress and certified in Prepare/Enrich Assessment for pre-marital and married couples.
Hannah believes that each individual is innately valuable and has their own story that has brought them to where they are. Her desire is to create a safe, compassionate and understanding relationship with her clients where she can walk with them through trials in their lives. Struggles in life are both universal and unique to each individual. Her goal is to allow her clients to feel heard, known and accepted where they are and accompany them along their life journey as they desire to make changes.
She provides counseling for couples and families as well as individual counseling for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and interpersonal struggles. She also offers DBT skills training for both adults and adolescents in order to help them acquire new skills to cope with life situations more effectively as well as offer hope through achieving more balance in life.
