Kimberly desires to walk alongside individuals restoring hope through body-based healing. She believes God made us fascinating beings with the capacity to heal. She is passionate about helping adults and adolescents overcome PTSD, somatic issues, phobias, addictions, and trauma. She has a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to reach out for help and admires those who do so.

Kimberly and her husband of 26 years have one musically gifted teenaged son and enjoy being part of the adoption community. She has been a teacher, soccer coach, and martial arts instructor over the past twenty years. In her free time she enjoys riding ATV’s, rock climbing, mountain biking and skiing.

Kimberly earned a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University and a master’s degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and BASE (Relational Bodywork and Somatic Education).
