Paulina Nicholson MA,
under the supervision of
Lila Pond, MA, LPC-S

Fort Worth

Paulina received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University and her Masters in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. From a young age, she has had a deep care for others and has felt a clear call to the field of counseling. Her goal is to walk with individuals from all paths of life by forming a genuine therapeutic relationship so they can seek growth, healing, and learn skills to be more effective.

Paulina has experience working with young adult women and teenagers struggling with family relationships, life transitions, anxiety, and self-worth. Paulina desires to partner with her clients in a welcoming, safe, and supportive way as they process the next right step to get to where they want to go.

At Restoration, Paulina provides individual counseling, individual DBT skills training, and leads adolescent DBT skills groups. The DBT program is an opportunity for clients to learn skills in the areas of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Paulina has seen the benefits of incorporating these skills into daily living and enjoys the opportunity to share these skills with clients.
