Trina received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish at the University of Virginia and has earned a Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas in Austin and a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

At Restoration, Trina is passionate about helping clients recognize their worth and live victoriously. Her area of expertise is emerging to middle age adults; she assists people both in normal life transitions and in times of crisis. Additionally, Trina works as a Dialectical Behavior Therapy counselor and skills trainer. She assists in areas of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Her desire is to empower clients to have healthy relationships with God, themselves, and others.

Outside of Restoration, Trina enjoys almost any outdoor adventure while spending time with her husband and three girls.
